We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard services. For airport transfers, 24 hours is usually sufficient, but during peak seasons we suggest booking 3-5 days ahead to ensure availability.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount. For special packages and tours, please refer to the specific terms in your booking confirmation.

Yes, we provide child safety seats at no additional cost. Please specify your requirements (age and weight of child) when making your booking so we can ensure the appropriate seat is available.

We accept cash (Namibian Dollars), credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers. For online bookings, we accept all major credit cards. Corporate accounts can be set up for regular clients with monthly billing.

Yes, all our drivers are fluent in English. Many also speak Afrikaans, German, and local languages. If you have specific language requirements, please let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
